Safety, hygene and privacy

In our dental practice, we comply with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). In addition, all operational protocols are followed to ensure patient safety from a hygienic point of view.

• Use of personal protective equipment (gloves, masks, gowns, protective eyewear)
• Exclusive use of sterilized or single-use instruments and equipment
• Disposal of medical and non-medical waste in accordance with legal requirements

With regard to radiographic examinations, we use only state-of-the-art digital sensors, which reduce radiation exposure by up to 80%, in combination with the application of the ALARP principle (As Low As Reasonably Practicable).

Patient privacy is also fully protected. Patients are required to sign a consent form in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679.
All patient data are stored on our servers and backed up according to a strict protocol in compliance with European regulations, for a period of 10 years, and are always accessible to the patient. This applies to both medical and financial data.
